Chocolate Chip Cake

I'm baking again. 2 cakes this time round. In a faster time, 75% of time spent only. No special occasion.

I bought a cake mixer yesterday at taka... $35.90... Put it into good use today...

The banana cake was just as usual, just that i had mixed fruit and 4 fresh bananas in them. 2 bananas mashed and the other 2 sliced into cubes... Chocolate Chip Cake, my new receipe... First time baking it with my own creativity. I just substituted the Banana flavor with chocolate emulco and i added in chocolate chips with a little mixed fruit.

The chocolate chip cake turned out better than expected. Expect me to bake more Chocolate Chip Cake next time... Those in camp will be able to try it when i bring it for them to try on monday. Poh Liang too will be able to try it.. Poor him, having to do recall manning this weekend, but at least he has 2.5 days off. Adrian's the first one to be able to taste it other than my parents as i'm meeting him for Initial D later...

I'm off to my bath and then off to Toa Payoh for Initial D...
