Renovations

It has been a tiring day for me... Renovations going on in my store... it's so dusty and noisy... i'll be getting asthma if it doesn't end. luckily it's going to be completed by tomorrow.. i hope...

thanks for all the concern people. i'm much better now, all thanks to the Almighty God above. God He Reigns!

Just like for example, this guy from another sub-unit from my camp will be posted to my department and my OC decided to put him under my charge. knowing this guy, he's someone rather strange with wierd character, i asked him why. He said that i was the most patient guy in the whole dept. Am i really that nice and patient?

I believe that God has put him under my charge. I think that God wants me to learn something from this and that He has something in plan for me and also that guy. I'll pray about this and i hope that God will tell me soon. But whatever it is, i'll just have to Trust and Obey...

Heart Broken

Went to SWEAT.04 @ Happy last night to distribute goodie bags containing condoms, lubes and discount vouchers. Left at 4am and went home to sleep.

Woke up rather late today and missed church as well as the 40 days of purpose group. Went out with Mike. He sort of dated me. We were like a couple, sharing things and holding hands. How i enjoyed the time spent with him. But then came the dissapointment.

After we left each other for home, i smsed him asking him if we're progressing or just remaining as friends. His response wasn't very positive saying that he's confused and needs some time to sort things out. I offered help, but he wanted to be alone. I respect his decision. One needs to be alone at times.

And for this, i'm just feeling heartbroken and upset... I somehow have the feeling that he's not only dating me, but someone else as well... sigh....

"God, I pray that You'll help me go through this stage. I pray that You give me what You want me to get. Lord, I pray that if You want Mike to be be with me and be my partner, I know that You will give Mike to me. I'm sad and heart-broken Lord. I pray that You will restore it. I pray that Lord, You will make me concentrate on You at this moment.

Minister Injects Silicon Into Penis

Its been a rather tiring day. Even though i slept early last night, i didn't have a sound sleep as i was woken up by my friend at about 10 plus... I'll be sleeping early again today and hopefully no one calls.. haha...

I didn't realize that today's already thursday and in my mind, i still thought it was wednesday until pL told me it was thursday... I'll be over at Happy on saturday night from 11pm to 4pm to distribute goddie bags containing discount voucher, educational materials and condom. SWEAT; every last saturday night of the month. Anyone wants to come with me?

Thaksin leads Cabinet bid to uncover which minister quietly received a silicone injection

Several male Cabinet members dared not look Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra in the eye after he asked a simple question: “Who did it?”

A source from yesterday’s Cabinet meeting said Thaksin was light-heartedly asking his ministers who had received a silicone injection to enlarge his penis.

“Who did it? Tell me. This has affected the reputation of the Cabinet, because the news went round the world. I don’t want the people to think that Cabinet members are obsessed with this kind of thing,” the source quoted Thaksin as saying.

Apparently, several male Cabinet members looked down at the floor following the question.

A woman last week said she believed a current Cabinet member had received a silicone injection to enlarge his penis from the same clinic where she had received an injection that caused her face to be disfigured. She has called on the minister to come forward as a defence witness after the clinic sued her for defamation.

The source said that Thaksin then changed his tone and asked Public Health Minister Suchai Charoen-ratanakul, tongue-in-cheek, whether he could check and find the minister who had his penis enlarged.

“The next room is empty. Can you use it to check the ministers right now?” the source quoted Thaksin as saying.

Deputy Finance Minister Varathep Ratanakorn then joked that former public-health minister Sudarat Keyuraphan had volunteered to carry out the check.

Sudarat reportedly blushed following Varathep’s comment.

Speaking to reporters after the Cabinet meeting, Sudarat said that no one would admit it.

“But it won’t be hard to check. Just scan ministers when they attend the next meeting. If it shows something opaque, we can guess that’s it,” she said.

Deputy Public Health Minister Anutin Charnveerakul jokingly told reporters that all of the male Cabinet members had sat with their knees close together.

Labour Minister Somsak Thepsuthin laughed when asked to comment on the issue. “This issue is bigger than that of Thai labour on Taiwan,” he replied, laughing.

12 year old charged with raping of 8 year old

I came across this article while suring sgboyX...

In Sunday's (21 August 05) Bangkok's paper 'The Nation', a 12 year old schoolboy in Wigan, Lancs has been charged with the rape of an 8 year old boy together with the following offences:- 2 counts of rape, 7 counts of sexual assaults and 3 counts of engaging a child in sexual activities.

I really wonder what this world is coming to. Internet access has become so accessable and so easily available, the younger ones are getting more and more IT literate until this happens. Where did he learn it from? I suppose from the internet; unless his dad or relative is a gay and he copied their actions? I only had internet connection when I was 12! Now, you get to connect to the net at the age of 4! The mass media has a huge influence...

I'm going to turn in. It's time for bed. I doubt that I can sleep though and I'll be tossing and turning in bed till past midnight...

Singing in the office

My 2 bosses weren't around in camp today. The bigger one was on urgent leave and the smaller one was on mc.

I went back to the office today. And instead of the usual keyboard playing, all of the sudden i just had the urge to turn on my cd player and played the planet shakers cd... and not long ago, i was singing along with the cd.. not softly, but rather loudly... i was just fully filled with the spirit of God. Hallelujah!

back at home now and i'm going to turn in soon. tired...

Woke up late as usual and skipped church again.

Had lunch at home... 2 packets of instant noodles with chicken powder (i didn't out in the seasoning that came with the noodles), 1 egg, sesamie oil and pepper powder. 1 cup of iced milo to go along with it...

Went out with Tai Boon to PS and watched with him Charlie. 2nd time watching it. Well, it's a nice show so i didn't mind watching it for the second time... Met nattie and we walked at taka and had dinner there...

I bought the newly released cd, GOD HE REIGNS by Hillsongs. Quite nice... am listening to it now. Wait till i hear and like a really nice song before i change the song playing... haha...

Time to sleep tomorrow as i've to go back to camp tomorrow. Sianz.. I'm dreadding it.. i hope i don't get promoted to cpl or else, it'll be horrible... i'm looking forward to christmas.... and then to chinese new year whereby i'll be signing clearance together with pL... we've already agreed on it... haha.... my my.. i'm so looking forward to it....

Long Day

Was in camp on friday when i received a call from my nursing agency at about 3pm asking if i wanted to take up an assignment at Gleneagles Hospital at 8pm that night. As i had nothing planned for the night, i accepted the offer.

Left camp at about 4.30pm and headed straight home for dinner, took my bath. Took a bus ride to the hospital. Ward 8W. The last time i went there was at level 10... the Suites... this time round, was just a hotel room.... a little smaller than the suite but was just exactly the same setup as a normal hotel room, except that the king sized bed was replaced with a hospital bed.

The 77 year old man slept at 9pm... Why do all the patients sleep at this time? My previous few patients also sleep at about this time... But for this case, none of the family members were present leaving me alone with the patient and passing me my pay before they left. He then woke up at 3am to watch television.. Channel 5.... Sigh.. no chance for me to sleep. 8am... time for me to leave.

Walked out to the main road and realised that there was no buses to hougang. so took a bus to tangs there and realised that there were no buses also. therefore i walked all the way to dhoby ghaut mrt to take NEL to my office at hougang... reached there at about 8.45am...

Asked if pL would be early and wanted breakfast and was told that he wun be coming... including his music theory tutorial... went to get breakfast for myself... Den time to sms jenson telling him that he could come early... He too couldn't make it as he was sick... argh.... wasted my trip to hougang... left for home.... arrived home at about noon and slept at 12.30pm.

Woke up only at 9pm... i'm a pig horz.. haha... my mum bought dinner for me. i paid for it... she was like suggesting this and that from downstairs and den she talked about so much food... den i asked her to buy the sam lo hor fun (fried kuey teow with sliced fish and beansprouts) and tou fu... Den she commented that it's a lot of $$$.. so i just took out S$16 from my drawer and gave it to her to buy for me.. den she returned me $6. $10 gone... for dinner... and i only consumed half of the food as i was full and i didn't like the hor fun. It has no flavour. i still think the sam lo is better over at holland village. Maybe one day i will bring you guys there to eat ba..

Updated my church's website and redesigned by blog skin... this time, i'm not using anyone's skin. I created it all myself.. hehehe... i'm so proud of myself....

Didn't go to church today as i woke up late again... Sometimes having a nap isn't a very good thing as it affects the sleep cycle...

Let the house to meet Sean. Walked from Somerset to Orchard. Ended up at Chinatown Point and i bought the ajaxx63 tshirt which i've been eyeing on for a very long time.. S$32.90...

Spent time waiting for Jen at coffeebean @ chinatown point.. den after tat he told us to go to marina first...

off we went to marina... the fireworks was spectacular. extremely fabulous. A pity that i didn't bring my videocam along...

Jen reached towards the end of the fireworks and he called me and told me that he caught a glimse of it... We went over to maxwell food center for some drinks and i bought some pancake and we shared.

off to home.... now, home sweet home...

Weekends finally

It's the weekends again finally...

Just 2 days of work, it feels like i've worked for a few weeks. I've just shifted lotsa stuffs into my store again.. now it's really cramped up...

i'll be going back to office 2morrow... will be helping pL and jen with music theory...

den back home to bake... chocolate chip cake and mixed fruit cake... i'll bake pandan cake(with chocolate chip and mixed fruits) if i've time... for the former, it's really going to be nice and i'm stuffing it with lotsa chips and fruits... i've just bought 1 pack of 1kg of chips and fruits each.. haha...

time for bed... goodnight people...

Post National Day

Went to camp today. Didn't have a very good start as i was told that my store had to be shifted to my newer store a few doors down... Then jenson called me saying that he was in camp... that surprised me. So i had breakfast with him at the canteen. he came back to get his documents... Manpower branch wasn't open as all went to the carnival at marina.. and pL was in camp.. haha... "stoopid manpower branch"... but he didn't scold pL.. haha.. bias.. haha...

It was amazing how i shifted my whole store within a couple of hours with the help of my fellow campmates... And my OC gave us a half day off..

i went to watch Bewitched alone at princess cinema... S$5... cheap... den came home... didn't do anything productive. met up wif a guy and he came to my house... we didn't do anything... just lying down on the bed together.. we were all lonely.. den i managed to find out his talents.. and he's a freekance model with M5... haha.. so yup.. i think i can start grooming a talent already...

played piano... watched charmed.. and now, online for a while..

i'm turning in soon as i've to be up by 5am tomorrow as i've a function tomrrow morning at 8am and vetting's at 7.30am...

Happy Birthday Sin-gay-pore

It's National Day. The Nation's 40th birthday.

Woke up early, at about 9plus... Went over to meet up with Jared and his mum for lunch.

Jared's my ex-camp mate. He has mild autism therefore he often repeats himself and when he doesn't understands things, he'll get very stressed and it can happy rather frequently. Army is a major factor and it makes his condition worse. Therefore, by God's grace, he has been discharged from the Army. It was a tough decision for his family. I met up with his mum a couple of months back to discuss these issues and we came to a conclusion that it was better for him to be discharged and to have a mark on his records rather than to have him stay on, have a long term mc and get himself more stressed up.

Jared's so much different and better now. It was a big change since i last saw him. And in fact, to be honest, he's a rather handsome guy. I hope that one day, he will find a girl or a girl will just find him good and take care of him. He's someone so naive. And i seriously do hope that people will not take advantage of him. Had lunch at one of the restaraunts at serangoon gardens. forgot what the name of it is, but i do know that its chicken rice is nice... think it's something like bao seng or something like that.... my memory's failing me. He didn't repeat himself at all. And he understood what his mum and i told him without the need to repeat ourselves. That's a very very good sign.

Went to his house after lunch. It's near to Ang Mo Kio, in fact, it's very accessible, just opp daikin singapore and a 2 mins walk into the small lane. One of his hobby, fishes. He has numerous tanks. Outside his house, about 8 for marine fishes and inside his house, about 15 for fresh water fishes. And it houses 3 sharks, 2 starfishes and lots more. Its like a mini aquarium. Stayed there for slightly more than an hour to watch him feed all the fishes inside all the tanks and i left thereafter.

Wanted to go swimming as the sun was shining brightly. Decided not to in the end as my dad didn't want to accompany me and i had to go all alone by myself. I ended up at home and in bed. Woke up only at about 8.25. turned on the TV and saw the president's car driving off from the padang and it ended. Didn't get to see the fireworks also.. but never mind, managed to watch it last week when i went to the Carnival @ Marina to watch the opening of the Singapore Fireworks Festival with Jenson. Will be going again on this coming sunday to watch the last round of fireworks at the closing of the festival. Anyone wants to come along with me?

My router's giving me problems again. And whenever my church mate, Henry, comes over, it seems that all is well and there's nothing wrong with it... Why do problems go off whenever you have someone qualified in front of the fault? Why does the telephone always ring whenever you're in the comfort room aka toilet? Why does the telephone stop ringing whenever you walk towards it and when you're on the verge of picking it up?

Went to watch The Maid with my dad, Joe and Jenson last night. it was a midnight show. I wasn't afriad of watching the movie due to the timing. but i was rather afriad when the show was running and when the scary scenes were being shown. i almost freaked out. well, luckily i managed to get out of the cinema alive and in one piece.. haha...

I'm planning to watch Charlie and the chocolate factory and Bewitched soon... Again, anyone wants to accomany me?? haha...

Tomorrow's family day. my friends from other camps are getting off. i still have to report back to camp. my off is at the mercy of my oc... i wonder if he'll give us the off... to go to the Carnival @ Marina.. haha...

I wish... National Day in 10 years time - Singapore's 50th birthday...

1) Singaporeans belonging to GOD! 60% of Singaporeans will be Christians.
2) A better country with better people
3) Homosexuality being accepted making it SinGAYpore
4) Mental illness will no longer be a stigma
5) AIDS prevention all around and low low rates of people getting infected with AIDS and STD's.

Went to watch Tim Sum Dollies with pL... Wasn't as nice as It takes 2 (Selena Tan & Hossan Leong). But still ok larz.. would give a rating of 6/10.

Gave pL a surprise by Jen's appearance at city hall mrt.. i wonder if pL was suprised and happy or would he be thinking that i was cheating on him... sigh... He's such a nice guy.. i wish that the girl that he eyes and the girl that eyes on him would be as good as him and would really take care of him and not abuse him...

Went with Jen to Carnival @ Marina to watch fireworks, the opening of the Singapore Fireworks Festival. It was great and i really enjoyed it. Went to eat thereafter and then back home liaoz...

Jen wanted to chill out but i managed to persuade him to go home to rest as he really looked tired. He didn't sleep the night before.. poor him... Want to call police, child abuse - cannot, SAF hotline - cannot... how? haha.... call 1800-MiRaNtZ lorz.. whahha

I'm going to fop again tomorrow. I really enjoyed it...
