Happy New Year

Year 2005 has past and it's now gone. With a blink of an eye, it's already year 2006. Time really flies. It was just only a moment ago that we last had a countdown to year 2005 and before all of us know it, it's already countdown to 2006.

I've been very busy for the past week or so due to the christmas musical. I had the chance to visit Free Community Church and attend their christmas service on christmas evening.

Yesterday was BPMC's Watchnight concert and downdown service. It was the first time in BPMC's history that i saw so many people raising their hands and some jumping during worship especially during the closing of the concert. People wanted encores and eveything wasn't enough. They wanted more! How i wished that i could see this happening every sunday and that the strength of our church would grow. I believe that this is just the starting.

I went to FCBC's Youthnet new year's day celebration. FCBC has really grown. Since it opened it doors in Touch Center in Marine Parade. It's now over at Max Pavilion at Expo. Comparing it to City Harvest, the former still needs to brush up on certain aspects and it would be perfect.

I hope that 2006 will be a better year for all of us here. I pray that God will touch the hearts of those who do not know Him yet. I pray that the broken hearted, the weak, weary and worn-out souls will be restored. As for myself, I pray that my walk with God will be closer and closer.

It's 3 months more before i ord in april. I will be back to work in CGH. I do not know what my plans are or where my future lies. I can only live day-by-day on His word and what He has already planned for me. If he wants me to stop nursing and go into full-time ministry work or even full-time mission work, i'll have to follow... it's like the song... so lead me i'll follow....

I'm so glad that it's monday tomorrow and it's a public holiday off-in-lieu. I need the well-deserved rest.

Have a great and Blessed year ahead.

Shalom, God with us.
